There are two options to add/edit columns in the application pipeline to suit the different stages of your recruitment process:
1/ You can change the columns for a single job pipeline via
- Its edit form ("5. Application Pipeline")
- In the Settings section “Update Columns”
2/ You can change the default application pipeline (which will be used for every new job created) in Settings > Application Pipeline, which can be accessed by clicking your company logo at the top left or via the Settings tab.
