In the Assessments tab of an applicant record, recruiters can rate applicants according to criteria specific to your organisation (set on the job creation form), weighted according to their importance:

All the scores assigned to the applicant are then displayed in the same tab:

The applicant's weighted score is then visible on their card in the job pipeline.
