Archiving your applicants can be useful if you have a lot of refused applicants and are starting to see the interface slow down.

You can archive your applications in three ways:

1/ Via the applicant profile at the top right:

2/ By archiving a whole column

3/ Or via a "Bulk Action" (sourcing feature):

What is the impact of archiving?

Archived applications will no longer be visible in your job pipelines but all their information can still be accessed via Settings > Archived Applications, or in the Applicants tab in the header.
