Once your user account has been created by a Welcome Kit Administrator (someone who already has a Welcome Kit account at your company or a member of the WTTJ team), you will receive the email below:

Simply click "Accept Invitation" to set a password so you can log into Welcome Kit

If you see a message saying "The invitation token provided is not valid" appear (see below), this may mean :

  • that you have already logged into Welcome Kit. Simply click "Log In" (if you have forgotten your password, follow the process set out here to reset it).
  • that the invitation link provided is no longer valid: you should ask an Administrator to resend it. If this is the case, please contact us: hello@wttj.co!
